The process from order to shipment of made-to-order products is as follows.

[1] Orders must be pre-paid.
・Your order is not complete until we confirm your payment.
Please note that your order will be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.
[2] An email will be sent to you from to confirm that your order has been shipped.
An email will be sent to the customer with the expected shipping date of the artwork once the order has been completed.
・Due to the convenience of the e-commerce site system ( *Note1 ), you will receive an automatic shipment notification e-mail at this point, but the work will not be shipped yet.
The actual shipping date will be the date indicated in the e-mail sent by Please make sure that you are correct.
[3] The progress of the production will be reported on SNS as needed.
・We will keep posting progress updates on SNS until your order is completed and shipped.
[4] An email will be sent to you from to inform you that your order has been shipped.
・We will notify each customer by e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Please keep the email until you receive the package safely as it will contain the package inquiry number.

*Note1: Since the e-commerce site system does not support the flow of payment in advance → production → shipping, we process the shipping notification once the payment is confirmed in order to complete the order process without errors. We apologize for any anxiety or inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding.
