受注生産品のご注文から発送までの流れは以下のようになります。
ご不明な点等ございましたらお気軽にお問い合わせください。
【1】ご注文は前入金となります。
・ご入金の確認がとれるまではご注文は完了しておりません。
なお、期限内に入金が確認できない場合はキャンセル処理されますのでご注意ください。

【2】baccaninfo@gmail.com より発送予定日をメールにてお知らせします。
・ご注文が完了されたお客様へ作品の発送予定日を記載したメールをお送りします。
・ECサイトのシステムの都合上( ※注1 )、この時点で自動送信による発送通知メールが届きますが、作品の発送はまだ行われません。
実際の発送予定日はbaccaninfo@gmail.comよりお送りするメールに記載された日付になりますのでお間違えのないようご確認くださいませ。

【3】制作の進捗はSNSに随時ご報告します。
・ご注文の品が完成し発送が完了するまで、進捗についてはSNSにて随時ご報告していきます。

【4】baccaninfo@gmail.com より発送完了のメールをお送りします。
・ご注文の品を発送しましたら、お客様ひとりひとりにメールにてお知らせいたします。
荷物の問い合わせナンバーを記載しますのでお手元に無事届くまでメールは保管いただきますようお願いいたします。
※注1：前入金→製作→発送というフローにECサイトのシステムが対応していない為、注文手続きをエラーなく完了させるために、入金確認と同時に発送の通知を一度処理させていただいております。ご不安やご面倒をお掛けするかと思いますが何卒ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。

The process from order to shipment of made-to-order products is as follows.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
[1] Orders must be pre-paid.
・Your order is not complete until we confirm your payment.
Please note that your order will be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

[2] An email will be sent to you from baccaninfo@gmail.com to confirm that your order has been shipped.
・An email will be sent to the customer with the expected shipping date of the artwork once the order has been completed.
・Due to the convenience of the e-commerce site system ( *Note1 ), you will receive an automatic shipment notification e-mail at this point, but the work will not be shipped yet.
The actual shipping date will be the date indicated in the e-mail sent by baccaninfo@gmail.com. Please make sure that you are correct.

[3] The progress of the production will be reported on SNS as needed.
・We will keep posting progress updates on SNS until your order is completed and shipped.
↓
[4] An email will be sent to you from baccaninfo@gmail.com to inform you that your order has been shipped.
・We will notify each customer by e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Please keep the email until you receive the package safely as it will contain the package inquiry number.
*Note1: Since the e-commerce site system does not support the flow of payment in advance → production → shipping, we process the shipping notification once the payment is confirmed in order to complete the order process without errors. We apologize for any anxiety or inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding.
